Abstract Inferentialism is a theory in the philosophy of language which claims that meanings expressions are constituted by inferential roles or relations. Instead traditional model-theoretic semantics, it naturally lends itself to proof-theoretic where meaning understood terms inference rules with proof system. Most work semantics has focused on logical constants, comparatively little non-logical vocabulary. Drawing Robert Brandom’s notion material and Greg Restall’s bilateralist interpretation multiple conclusion sequent calculus, I present for atomic sentences their constituent names predicates.
